CLOA AGM & Members Meeting 2019

Overview 

We have a great line up of speakers and an interactive programme to help you take time to Breathe.

  • Wayne Hemingway will talk about the unique role of culture and creativity in place making
  • Professor Sonia Blandford & Sarah Mears, Libraries Connected will explore how the public library system, founded on social justice principles, enriches the whole community
  • Roger Higman, Director the Network of Wellbeing will focus on the key role that culture and leisure can play in tackling loneliness
  • Steve Wood, Organisational and Personal Coach will be leading three skills gym workouts designed to enhance your personal resilience skills

We’ll be opening and closing the day with Qigong courtesy of The Active Wellbeing Society.

There’s also an optional self-led tour of HMS Belfast for up to 30 people after the event, so plan to stay until 1730 if this of interest!

Non-members are also welcome; there is an attendance charge of £85 (plus VAT and booking fees), which includes lunch and refreshments.
