Louise Upton

Louise manages the Local Learning and Improvement Hub at Sport England. Her role is to support the team to create and enable the learning and leadership opportunities that will support and influence local and national partners to innovate with new ways of working. She also works with other Strategic Leads to support the Place Directorate in leading cross organisational work in order to deliver the priorities of Uniting the Movement particularly in relation to Place based working and whole system change.
